Time to get creative, people. Let's make some characters that would fit Undertale and/or Overtale, or just the UT universe in general. Make your own froggit, a new monster, or maybe a friend (that no one has ever heard about) of one of the already existing characters.
If you guys show interest in this, then i might add my own character that i made when i was bored.

That could fit the Undertale universe? Christian Rylis, born the son of an impoverished knight, he always heard tales of heroism and courage from his father and the other knights that lived in the local lord's castle. When he became an adult, he wanted to travel the world, help the needy, protect the innocent, bring justice to the evil-doers and all that knightly stuff, but he had to take care of his now sickly father. Some years later, his father died, which while sad, allowed him to finally travel across the land, and make his idealistic dreams true... or that is what he thought, because when his travels started, he realized the world was not as a idealistic or black and white as he thought it was. Christian had an excellent education, learning all forms of knowlage and fighting techniques, but the truth is that he was sheltered from the world outside the castle. For the first time in his life, he saw widespread disease, hunger and poverty. He saw people who stole from others, not because of selfishness as the poems and books he read as a child told him so, but because of pure desperation. His idealistic view of the world was broken, but he still tried his damn best to at least make it a better place, even if a little. As time went on, Chrstian became known throught the land as a great knight and fighter, and because of that he, among other respected warriors of the realm, were summoned by the king himself for unkown reason. It was then he learned that the human kingdoms were going to war with monsters, and fullfilling his vow of loyalt as a knight, he followed his king to war. Except it was no war. That could not be called a war. It was a massacre. He understood the reason for it. All it would take for humanity to fall was one, just one, monster with evil intent to kill a human, but this was just wrong. All monsters, from soldiers to peasents to even priests, from elders to childrem, were being exterminated without even a chance to defend themselves. But he could not leave or refuse to fight, if he did that would mean commiting the biggest sin a knight can make, treason. Yet, he couldn't bring himself to do it. This was agaist everthing he learned his life, it went agaist the code of chivalry that he so much respected. It was agaist the very nature of his SOUL. So he ran, entered a boat to a far away realm, and lived the rest of his days as a mercenary. A broken shadow of what he once was.
Wow, that was bigger than I planned it to be.

It's not OC's, but I have a few ideas for boss improvements. Boisterous Bellator Papyrus: From the Undertale: Distorted Distinctive Destinies, this would be a good genocide boss, at least same difficulty is okay, characters will have more HP anyways. Gaster: Cause, why not? Error!Sans(Bonus boss): Just a random idea. Sierra: Get her in the spotlight, she doesn't even have a theme yet. Adameme: Cuz Toby Fox.
