I guess this thread will be made eventually, so why not now?
Also, unless you're sure that whatever sources or similar things you're using to potentially back up what you're saying are inside the first 60 minutes of the game, please use Spoiler tags (as said in the rules).
I'll start us off with a prediction that one of the bosses will be in Alphys' lab, probably being in or near the town of Adventes.
What is confirmed to be a boss theme (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYZ0etOysEU) has a sort of machiney-ring to it with the instruments used (although the strings seems a bit out of place, maybe representing Asriel or another character?) which could be used to infer that this battle takes part in a mechanical or tech-savvy area (around a person of that nature too) implying that it could potentially take part in Alphys' lab, a place which is very likely to contain a ton of machines.
Although I doubt the boss is Alphys, maybe it could be a delusional Sierra (or, fair enough, a delusional Alphys...) though it could possibly be a whole new character altogether.

One of the characters on the voice-acting page was some sort of delusional scientist. I forget his name, but he was definitely an antagonist of some sort based on his lines. That'd be my best bet for the Cognitive Dissonance theme.

I agree with the Tree of Threes, although I will add that the boss theme doesn't sound very end-gamey, so it's quite possible that he's a minor antagonist and/or a victim of the force which is driving monster aggression who you confront reasonably early on.

Dr. Chassel? I think that was his name.

Anyway. This feels like less of a theory and more of a eventuality. I honestly believe flowey at some point (dream sequence maybe?) will make an appearance to perhaps ridicule and antagonize Asriel. Basically like an Inner demon.

Almost certainly in a dream sequence, although perhaps only in the genocide run

So this is a bit of a far-fetched theory, but it's something I've been thinking about.
We've all seen Lucas's melty shadow on the banner. What else have we seen that melts? Undyne and the Amalgamates. They both melt because they built up too much DT. DT. DT Skills. All the playable characters allegedly have DT skills. But wouldn't that mean they need DT in the first place to use DT Skills? Wouldn't that melt Tony and Sierra? What about Asriel and Lucas? But Asriel doesn't have his own soul - he's Asriel's consciousness and body with Frisk's soul. A full monster-with-human-soul would have their own monster soul as well as the human soul they obtained, and Asriel lacks that. So Asriel probably still doesn't have enough power to keep a coherent form under large amounts of DT, and would melt with that stress on his body. That leaves Lucas. Lucas. His theme is Soup. Soup. Soup DT MIX. It was the first DT Mix.
We don't know much about Lucas. Lucas melts at some point. DT is what makes monsters melt. Soup was the first DT mix.
What if Lucas is part monster?
It would make some sense if DT Skills (or having enough DT) would cost health. It's justified for the other three since they're monsters. But not for Lucas - what keeps him from being totally OP? Being part monster. Why is he melting in the shadow on the banner? Because he's part monster. Why did his theme get the first DT Mix? Because for the longest time, the devs, artists, coders, music team, have been teasing at the fact that Lucas is part monster and we have been too dumb to realize it.

The name could easily as well be hinting at a character from that fangame, You can also relate the track to OST 25 Anomalous Data (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3yw-auTJ2w) Judging that these two tracks are only separated by a single track the events where these two tracks are played likely isn't far apart, and I say this suggesting the Title of 'Anomalous Data' may be supporting what LuLu said about the 'Cognitive Dissonance' theme happening in a place like a factory ect.

Thanks! I didn't actually see that character before posting this, and it most likely is! Although more obvious than the last few posted here, Asgore and Toriel are probably going to be either fighting alongside you (or even, dare I say, fought against) at a small point in time due to their battle themes (perfectly remixed, by the way!) being present in the current OST, and one of Asgore's quotes: “I had… had hoped that I would never have to even do so much as look at this weapon again. … but I suppose, with all that has happened… I can’t afford to push it to the back of the mind anymore.”

As a side note, I wanted to add something about "Cognitive Dissonance". It's probably a coincidence, but there was also an Earthbound fangame known as Cognitive Dissonance. As far as I know, neither Toby nor Undertale have anything to do with it, though I still thought it was worth mentioning.

Maybe the music was loosely based off or inspired from the fangame?

I, personally, feel that Lucas' shadow is his own inner pain (he has been described as "dead inside") which might make him the perfect host for an evil Chara

I don't think he looks like he's melting, more bleeding from a sudden fatal injury - though I may be incorrect and this is quite an interesting theory!
